“Hincks: Brace for "Mixed" Big Banks Earnings, CPI & PPI Will Prove Crucial for Fed”Bank of America
Bank of America double-upgraded CRM to 'buy' from 'poor performance' and raised its target from $160 to $285, saying AI concerns are exaggerated; the speaker calls this a good step that alleviates AI concerns and expects CRM to have a good day on the news.

Salesforce, Bank of America is trying to catch up here with regard to Salesforce. They have moved from a " poor performance" rating to a "buy" rating, essentially saying that much of the concern about AI taking over Salesforce's business is exaggerated.

They had a target price of $160. They've raised their target price, Nicole, to $285. So, some of that is an attempt to catch up, but the dual upgrade is a good step and essentially alleviates some of the concerns about AI stealing their customers.

“Crude Oil Climbs; MSFT, PLTR, PANW Downgrades & CRM Upgrade Show AI Divide”Bank of America
Bank of America double-upgraded CRM, arguing AI deepens reliance on major software platforms: large organizations won't replace platforms like CRM, needing these enterprises rather than building in-house, which may make CRM more valuable for AI, reversing prior AI-harm view; analyst may be late and the boost is small.

In fact, Salesforce is getting a double upgrade. Bank of America now says that artificial intelligence may deepen the reliance of institutions on major software platforms. As we know, Salesforce was not viewed as one of the winning companies in the same way as Adobe; rather, it was perhaps considered more to be harmed by artificial intelligence than to be an innovator in it.
