I believe that this decline in MongoDB's stock due to the CEO's sudden departure represents a buying opportunity in the stock. We recognize that those fears of a " SaaS-pocalypse" were greatly exaggerated.

Next up, guys, is MongoDB. We have seen a significant drop here in MongoDB today of 18.46%. They made a change in leadership just before Investors Day. Investors were not so confident, as the entire stock fell below $300 today.
Actually, at exactly $300 . MongoDB stock experienced a direct drop of $100 due to a change in their leadership.
There are also other stocks that are seeing notable movements, such as MongoDB. So, Meta recruited its CEO, and that may not seem like big news, but the company's stock opened down 24 %.
A massive collapse in MongoDB shares. During the day, the stock fell to around $300, a drop of 27%. Since then, the stock has seen a remarkable rise from its lows, by approximately 13.5%. But it is still down by approximately 18%.
Now, there's one more stock we're going to look at today. It is MongoDB. MongoDB. They announced that their CEO is stepping down. And anytime a CEO steps down, the markets get a little bit nervous on this.
And take a look at the drop on MongoDB. This is incredible, guys. What a drop. The stock right now is down over 23% on this news. Now, part of it was they have this big conference they're doing and they reaffirmed guidance.
Now, you may say, "Well, they reaffirmed guidance. Why is it dropping this much?" Well, we're in the world of AI. If a company that is exposed to AI doesn't increase guidance, it's an automatic sell.
It just is. The markets are reacting that way. And that's what we're seeing in MDB here with a big drop.
Looking at MongoDB, another software company, it bounced nicely off this trendline from this low pivot point on April 10, 2026. As the uptrend continues, I am considering two options: either take advantage of the price bounce back to the starting point, or take a counter-trend approach here at Verifying Investing.
Therefore, I am looking for the best levels to sell this stock short while it is rising.
Next is MongoDB stock. MongoDB's results are intriguing after the earnings. You can see a double advantage here. We outperformed in earnings per share, and we outperformed in revenue.
In fact, MongoDB also raised its guidance for the entire year. However , it is experiencing a kind of stagnation in its growth rates. Its current cloud database platform has grown by only 29% year-over-year.
You might say, "Hey, this isn't so bad." That's not actually the case. But the problem is that it's still stuck at 29%. Therefore, investors were expecting a higher growth rate and have since punished the stock.
Look, that was a breakthrough scenario, and from now on, keep in mind any failed moves, guys. Some of the biggest moves will be in the opposite direction. You can see that we experienced a breakthrough here, and it ended in failure.
Then here on the 27th, it closed above this downtrend line, and confirmed it here on the next two trading days with a strong push, then earnings rewrote the whole story, with the price falling all the way to a breakout scenario.
Therefore, any upward rebounds up to the specified point will face resistance at $417.35. The next support is at $361.05, followed by what would be an excellent near-term buying opportunity if the price continues to fall to this level to make a short-term swing trade at $331.
Note that this is taken from the pivotal bottom on April 10 as well as the pivotal bottom on July 24. That gives you the golden starting point for the third hit of this upward trend line for a high probability of a bounce if the price continues to move straight down towards that level .
We do not want to see downward or sideways fluctuations, as this could weaken the area and lead to its breakout.
How about we're looking at MongoDB? That's an interesting one. >> Yeah, this is another one. This is a tricky one. George Solless said be careful of this one off the back of earnings because it can be tricky and expectations were elevated going into its results.
So, you're seeing a sharp sell off here. We're down more than 12%.
MongoDB. Yikes. What a drop on this stock. Massive decline here. Um falling I think about 14% from its close yesterday. Initially it jumped up on earnings, but then the guidance was a little bit weak.
