Microsoft lacks sufficient immediate liquidity to cover annual obligations without relying on ongoing free cash flow generation.

like we were saying, Microsoft doesn't have enough money to pay its bills right now, which is like wild to say. Microsoft alone makes up about 4.2% of the entire stock, dude. That's crazy.

And they're they're literally out of cash for the year.

Moody's report last night indicated an eyepopping 2.8 trillion of offbalance sheet commitments uh for Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle in the form of future releases. That's an eight-fold jump from 2023.

MSFT valuation is not expensive given its growth; expected to rerate higher.

Next up, we have Microsoft. This one is number seven. a $19,000 position, 55K in the green. So far, it's trading at a 26 forward PE ratio. These are not expensive numbers.

There hasn't been many time periods in the past where a group of companies this powerful with this much distribution growing this quickly. High teens revenue growth have been trading in the mid to low 20s PE ratio.

I've really not seen anything like this. These companies will get rerated higher when investors become excited about them again.

Wells Fargo bull thesis on MSFT: overweight rating, PT $725, driven by AI stack (Azure/Copilot) and Nov Ignite conference as catalysts.

We see stocks moving upwards. We are observing some gains in the technology sector in general , as most of the " Big Seven" stocks were in the green today, whether we are talking about Amazon, Nvidia, Microsoft, Apple or Alphabet (Google) for various reasons.

Last but not least, Microsoft. We'll be talking about this stock with Wayne Kaufman later on the show, and you have some news too.

“Better Buy: Microsoft or Alphabet? | MSFT Stock vs. GOOG Stock”

MSFT has strong fundamentals (margins, productivity) but is slightly overvalued by DCF ($420 vs $509).

So, Alphabet and Microsoft are two companies I've been interested in for over a decade. I follow these two companies closely . They are among the largest buyers of AI components and AI data center builders.

They are among the largest companies in terms of market capitalization in the United States and around the world. In addition, I own shares in both companies, Microsoft and Alphabet.

MSFT has less cash than invoices, forcing reliance on free cash flow and limiting capital deployment.

So I wondered, what percentage of the total US stock market does Microsoft make up ? I only asked Satya Nadella. Satya Nadella, Mr. Nadella. How is your company worth compared to the total US stock market ?

Guys, the answer is 4.1%, and it represents about 7% of the total S&P 500 index.

MSFT has strong technicals and improving relative performance, offering upside potential.

Okay, next is "Microsoft ". Microsoft had a good day last Friday, and I remember that while examining the charts over the weekend, I found Microsoft impressive in breaking through resistance and surpassing the 515 level to reach around 520.

My question for this week is: Will we see a continuation of the upward trend? Not quite yet. We are in the middle of Friday's trading range , but we are very close to a good breakout.

I think the moving averages are in an excellent position. The relative strength index is acceptable. Relative performance is strong. Again, we are testing the resistance and have not yet broken through .

MSFT is holding up well; constructive if it holds 509, careful if it breaks below.

I'm also in a little Microsoft which is which is fine. I I I'm just saying like I would do this again. You know, look at Microsoft. Microsoft closed really well. It did closed really well.

It's been holding up for over a month. You did nothing wrong if you were actively trading for a living and you went home with a little Microsoft. I had more intraday. You never want to have too much overnight that you had intraday to make your money.

But I would assume 509. Hopefully 509 holds in Microsoft. Microsoft is only down 214. That's not the end of the world. So Microsoft down small. If it can go red to green, you'll probably make more money than if it opened up two bucks and you're just selling it. So Microsoft's worth a look.

MSFT stock will continue to rise; near-term price target of $560.

Now we move on to Microsoft. It has been a busy week for Microsoft. Its shares started the week at 493 , then rose 4.5%, including more than 3.5% today, and closed the week at 316.

Sorry, not 316. Not Stone Cold. We are talking about the 516 for Microsoft.

This comes in conjunction with the company's launch of what I call the enterprise version of Muse . The company is not slowing down with regard to Copilot. They have updated Copilot , and from what I've seen—and this isn't a product I've personally used, but I'm trying to get feedback from enough people who use it—whether you work for a company or organization that has a license to use it, and perhaps its use is required of you in your work, feel free to share your opinion on Copilot in the comments below, and I'd like to know more about the developments they're making .

Are Microsoft programs perfect? Probably not. Are there always some flaws? usually. But what I like about this program, and I saw a demonstration of it , is that it is multimedia.

It's a much better version of Copilot, and I think we talked about that in last week's episode , and how they're working on making it available to large companies at a lower price when they buy a large number of licenses at once.
